Our Dispatch Services include:
- Finding the best freight match that fits your profile, using all load boards and Client base.
- Performing all carriers set up with brokers and shippers ( including submit Authority, W9 and COI )
- Handle all communications regarding dispatch & delivery of the load .
- Set up appointments for pick- up and delivery, if required .
- Prepare directions to shipper / consignee if necessary.
- Assist with any issues that arise in transit of the load .
- Prepare and/or assist in finalizing the load with bols, invoicing to shipper /broker / factoring company.
